Our history, a great journey to the present day
Cristóbal Guerrero Granados began his professional career in 1978 founding Construcciones RUGUE, his first company, whose main activity was the execution of foundations, the construction of concrete structures and masonry in general, but covering a wide range of projects, from a small reform or rehabilitation to the construction of single-family homes or blocks of flats. Over time, Construcciones RUGUE would be run by his children, at which point the company began its immersion in the field of the promotion of luxury homes and villas.
After more than 35 years dedicated to the construction of high-quality buildings, Construcciones RUGUE has a staff of 160 employees, with the capacity to take on any major project throughout the region, including places such as Marbella, Sotogrande, Cadiz, Ronda, and the entire Costa del Sol.
